personally, not as representatives of their employers or organization affiliation.
Any person whose character, knowledge, and judgment are appropriate to the oversight
responsibilities of a director may be nominated and elected.

Council, Inc. (SIMC) are selected for their personal knowledge of the Securities Industry
of infrastructure software and middleware, and for their demonstrated industry leadership.
Directors of SIMC do not represent their employers when they serve of the SIMC
board. Their employers' names are included here only for purposes of
identification.
